We are aware of the impact that the current public health crisis has on many members’ income and ability to pay their housing charges. We encourage all members to look into government benefits being offered.
Any household experiencing difficulty should contact the office by phone or email to discuss options.
We ask that members please limit the number of people using the laundromat to ONE person at a time. Members are also asked to limit their time in the laundromat by folding their laundry in their unit. Please observe correct physical distancing practices at all times. As of April 1, 2020, the laundromat will be open 24/7 (except for cleaning).

CMHC MORTGAGE DEFERRAL
As you may have heard, CMHC has announced that they will make mortgage payment deferrals available to housing providers provided they meet particular criteria.
One of the criteria we have to demonstrate as a Co-operative Corporation is that we do not have enough money in our account to pay our bills. This is in addition to providing the financial information to demonstrate this.
Please note that, fortunately, we are not in that position and this is due to the great efforts everyone has been putting forth to deal with this situation.
We would like to encourage everyone once again to feel free to contact us if you have any questions as we will be more than willing to do our best to help.
What is physical/social distancing and why is it important?
