The upcoming GMM will be held Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at 7pm. As this will be a hybrid meeting, members can choose to join the meeting in-person or online by using Google Meet.
At this meeting you will be deciding on your Operating and Capital Budgets for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027, which includes your housing charges.
To help members have a better understanding of the budgets, a forum will be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, at 6:30pm in the Community Centre. Please come out to join us if you have questions about the budget.

How To Join the GMM In-Person:
For our members that would like to attend the GMM in person, it will be held in the Community Centre. We will have the doors open 15 minutes prior to the meeting. Please be sure you turn off your cellphones prior to the meeting to avoid any distractions during the meeting. We will have microphones in the Community Centre as this is a hybrid meeting and would like to reduce as much background noise as possible.
