Please Note: Our waiting list is full and we are not accepting applications or holding orientations at this time.
If you are interested in becoming a member of our Co-op, please follow the below process:
- Sign up for a community orientation to learn more to ensure co-op living is right for you! Applications for membership will be available after completing an orientation. Please note that no orientations will be held when the wait-lists are closed.
- Complete and submit an application form with a $20.00 application fee (cheque, money order, or debit payment in the office). Please also submit proof of income for each applicant; this can be 3 months of pay-stubs, or a letter from your employer. If you are self-employed or retired, please submit a current year bank statement AND Notice of Assessment. Depending on your income, you may be asked to provide a guarantor. This information will be reviewed by our administrative staff and passed on to the Residents’ Council for approval.
Once approved, you will be notified via letter from the Membership Committee and added to the two waiting lists you chose appropriate for your household size.
Incomplete applications will not be processed. Applicants who have not completed an orientation will not be considered.
